Privacy policy

This policy explains how Numbus LLC handles information for AI Bible and this website. Features and controls can vary by app version and platform.

Information used to provide the app

Usage analytics and diagnostics

Firebase Analytics helps us understand use of the app and whether important actions succeed. Events can describe a screen or action, interface language, platform, success or error category, duration or count, and a helpful/not-helpful rating. The action-outcome and helpfulness metrics do not contain your phone number, SMS code, account ID, Bible passage, explanation text or free-form religious content.

You can turn Usage analytics off in the app’s Settings where that control is available. In versions with this control, it governs future usage-analytics and crash-report collection; it does not remove information already processed. When analytics is enabled, Firebase Analytics uses an app-instance identifier and can process automatically measured events, app and device details, and general location derived from IP addresses. When crash reporting is enabled, Firebase Crashlytics can associate crash reports and recent in-app action breadcrumbs with your Firebase account identifier. These reports can include app, device and operating-system details and diagnostic or performance information to help resolve faults.

Notifications

If you allow app notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging processes a notification token, stored with your account, so notifications can reach your device. You can change notification permission in your device’s settings.

Service providers

We use Google/Firebase for app infrastructure, authentication, analytics and diagnostics; RevenueCat for subscription access; OpenAI for explanations; and Apple or Google for store payments. These services may process information in countries different from yours, under their own service and data-protection terms.

Account deletion and privacy requests

Use Settings → Delete Account in AI Bible to delete your sign-in account. Where those local saved features are available, deleting the account also removes its saved local reading, bookmark, explanation and feedback entries. Store purchase history and service-provider records are managed separately and may be retained under those providers’ policies.

Deleting the app or its sign-in account does not cancel a store subscription. Manage cancellation in the Apple or Google account used for the purchase. For questions about information associated with your account or a privacy request, email support@aibible.app. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Retention and security

Local saved information remains on the device until it is removed through the app, that account’s local data is cleared on deletion, or the app’s data is removed. Account, service-usage, transaction and diagnostic records can have different retention periods according to their purpose and the relevant provider’s policies. We use the platform and service providers’ access controls and encrypted network connections to help protect information.

This website

This site has no advertising or analytics scripts, tracking cookies, or contact form. Firebase Hosting may process network and request metadata needed to deliver and secure the pages. Store, service-provider and email links take you to those separate services.
